Job Title: Outbound B2B Sales Specialist (Cold-Calling)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Outbound B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold-calling potential business partners in English and introducing them to our professional photography services. Your goal will be to engage decision-makers, set up introductory meetings, and contribute to our business growth.

As a full-time remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a global, dynamic, and results-oriented team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts.
Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services.
Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies.
Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.

The OTE salary for this position is between €1200 and €1500.
