Requirements
  • Designing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions for Manay CPA.  
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including (but not limited to) Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and YouTube, in collaboration with performance marketing agencies. 
  • Conducting thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform both SEO and PPC campaign strategies. 
  • Managing advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets. 
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost-per-lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance, providing regular reports. 
  • Implementing remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and drive conversions. 
  • Creating and optimizing landing pages, forms, and other website elements to improve user experience and lead capture rates. 
  • Collaborating with the content team to develop engaging content tailored to paid campaigns, including ad copy, video scripts, and graphics. 
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of lead generation tactics, leveraging CRM platforms to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel. 
  • Conducting content audits and collaborating with internal teams to align website and campaign content with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Assisting with website updates and enhancements to support lead generation efforts, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors as necessary. 
  • Staying updated on industry trends, new advertising tools, and algorithm changes to continuously refine digital marketing and PPC strategies. 
  • Supporting SEO efforts as needed, including local SEO optimization, content updates, and on-page enhancements to complement PPC campaigns. 

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role. 
  • Advanced level of English IS A MUST – all interviews will be conducted in English! 
  • Proven experience in PPC, lead and demand generation, and managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn. 
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. 
  • Experience with CRM platforms and budgeting for digital marketing initiatives. 
  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization standards, and familiarity with tools such as SEMrush and Screaming Frog. 
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and backend/frontend processes. 
  • Marketing agency or Agency management experience IS A PLUS 
  • Familiarity with the accounting industry, whether at a basic or advanced level, IS A PLUS  
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills  
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments  
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment  
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures required  
  • Location: Home office  
  • Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES  
  • Travelling might be required
