Area Sales Manager - Central Sweden

- based in Central Sweden (Värmland, Västmanländ, Närke, Östergötland) -


Our Area Sales Managers are focussed on the Swedish building projects market. They develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, investors and specifiers to promote our flooring product and win specifications.


Your role:

  • Acquire, develop and manage customers in Central Sweden to win specifications and achieve sales targets for the area
  • Proactive networking with architects, local authorities, project developers, floor layers, i.e. any potential decision-makers involved in the specification of flooring
  • Manage the buying customers (floor layers, contractors) to achieve sales targets for the region.
  • Support and train distributers / retailers, incl. joint customer visits
  • Consistent follow-up of projects and specification processes, incl. documentation and tracking in the CRM system
  • Provide market research concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
  • Organise and participate in customer events and trade shows


Your profile:

  • 3+ years working experience in comparable sales role, i.e. in specification sales and long term business with multi stakeholder decision makers
  • A proactive self-starter attitude and a talent for new customer acquisition
  • The flexibility to quickly to adapt to different people and management levels
  • User knowledge of CRM Systems and a good self-organisation
  • A very good command of Swedish and good English skills
