About the role:
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.
Duties include:
Interpret parts
Process customer orders
Efficiently dispatch products and parts
Promote specials
Arrange buy ins
Process customer credits
First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Who we’re looking for:
Parts interpreting “know how” (your technical parts knowledge)
Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating ‘moments that matter’
Confidence in sharing your ‘know how’ and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understand
innovate and collaborative approach to work
Solution focussed / problem solver
Sound computer skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
