About Role

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
    • Be the main point of contact for our prospective customers, Channel Partners and Consultants within your territory.
    • Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, manage & cultivate strategic partner relationships.
    • Ensure achievement of the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by executing organizational best practices, including managing opportunity / sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' customer relationship management (CRM) solution; meeting or exceeding new customer & funnel growth targets.


What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales with demonstrated experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
  • Proven track record in negotiating & closing contracts in premium-priced products in both channels based & direct selling go-to-market business structures.
  • Track record of successfully managing customers through the full sales cycle, from prospect to close.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the territory.
  • Sales experience in Water business and in particularly in the Industrial space is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
