Position Name: People Ops Admin
Reports to: People Ops Manager
Location/Type: Remote

As a Human Resources Assistant, supporting US and global employees, you are hard-working and extremely organized individual, with strong attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English, and timely follow-up and follow-through ability. Confidentiality is vital and expected of you. You thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment, balancing competing priorities efficiently to ensure process is followed and KPI’s and metrics are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for all matters relating to People Ops
  • Assist in new hire entry, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
  • Assist in managing background and reference checks
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity in all Human Resources related systems with a high level of accuracy and focus on process improvement
  • Assist with timely data analysis, collection gathering and reporting for pre-payroll processing
  • Assist with benefits administration, including annual enrollment and implementation
  • Support People Ops programs involving employee experience, virtual events, engagement learning & development, performance management, employee relations and recognition
  • Serve as the first line of support for Atlas employees with questions relating to benefits, 401(k), etc.
  • Be the Atlas employee engagement champion by developing and maintaining professional and positive relationships
  • Assists People Ops Manager on day-to-day Human Resources processes, communications, and ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 2 years of Human Resources role or admin assistant experience
  • Excellent English, including both written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and self-directed, organized with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications such as Excel, Power point, Word docs
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential data and information
  • A collaborative team player with a curious mindset and thirst for learning
  • Strong and stable internet connection
  • Quiet working environment with a professional background
  • Experience working in tech, hyper-growth and/or rapidly scaling organization

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience working in Human Resources within the Managed Service Provider or other IT industry
  • Experience working and collaborating with international teams
  • Experience working under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience managing and gathering heavy data in multiple platforms with utmost confidentiality
