SoftServe has its own internal university called SoftServe University. The IT Academy program for trainees is a dynamic educational initiative designed to enhance recent graduates' technical knowledge and professional skills, maximizing their abilities alongside technical expertise and guiding them on their new professional journey.

IF YOU ARE

  • Qualified with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • A professional with at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Mentor in Bootcamps, Coderhouse, CodeCamp, universities, or technical schools
  • Experienced in teaching and working with C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Skilled in explaining the principles of relational and non-relational databases
  • Confident in software testing principles and CI/CD
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Experienced in working with or teaching others how to work with Clouds, preferably AWS
  • Demonstrating a B2 English level (written and spoken) to facilitate daily communication with students and the team


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work in Ñuble Region, or to relocate there for this role
  • Be a mentor and help prepare qualified junior staff for SoftServe
  • Learn quickly and share your knowledge about software tools and technologies
  • Organize training sessions and knowledge-sharing events for IT Academy trainees
  • Manage the development of real projects with a group of trainees and the delivery tech lead
  • Improve your theoretical, practical, and soft skills
