Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, HR Digital Consulting !

This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions and strategies to enhance HR processes. The Assistant Vice President - HR Digital will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR digital transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and improve employee experience.

In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player. The candidate should have capability in working with ambiguity and contribute creative thinking to the team’s effort.

Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of HR digital solutions within talent acquisition, workforce administration, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, payroll, and organizational design.
  • conduct in-depth HR assessments and audits of clients’ technology architecture to identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their high satisfaction with the project outcomes and recurring business cooperation.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital HR solutions, including HRIS, workflow applications, recruitment platforms, performance management systems, learning management systems, and employee self-service tools.
  • Design customized HR solutions & lead client meetings – solution presentations, solution orals, transformation workshops
  • Create end to end HR outsourcing solution focusing on key factors and leverage digital and AI tools to create a compelling future state model
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies within the HR department and across the organization.
  • Lead key strategic initiatives, driving HR Transformation and process reengineering to increase HR process effectiveness and efficiency while reducing costs of HR operations
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR digital solutions.
  • Lead programs and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of planned outcomes
  • Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement, automation, and digitization within HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular assessments and analysis of HR digital processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with HR and IT leaders to develop and implement digital HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in HR digitalization and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to HR digital team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to leverage their expertise and ensure successful implementation of HR digital projects.
  • expected to contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
  • stay up to date with the latest HR trends, industry practices, and legislative changes to ensure clients receive innovative and compliant HR solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Q Ualifications / Skills

  • Graduation in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Prior HR Digital Consulting experience with driving transformation projects will be requisite as well as knowledge of the most recent technology developments available on the market ( e.g., Artificial Intelligence).

Preferred Q Ualifications / Skills

  • Valid US Business Visa
  • Minimum years of experience in HR digitalization, HRIS, or HR technology roles with relevant years at a managerial level
  • Extensive knowledge of leading digital tools, technologies, and platforms used in HR, such as HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, employee experience platforms, AI in HR etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project and Program Management acumen (project management certification will be an asset)
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Strong customer engagement skills
  • Strong presentation skills, both: verbal and written (good command of Ms PowerPoint and Excel will be requisite)
  • Cross industry exposure on HR transformation projects
  • Travel readiness and flexibility to work in different time zones
