Reporting to the Global Regional Marketing Director, the Head of Marketing will own the full spectrum of demand generation activities for the European region. The role includes developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing budgets and resources, and leading an international team. Key responsibilities involve aligning marketing strategies with corporate goals, executing measurable demand generation campaigns, and fostering alignment between marketing and sales teams to drive business growth. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B cross-channel marketing campaigns and a proven track record of success in leadership roles. Strong expertise in the IT, Cloud/SaaS, or Financial Services sectors is essential. Demonstrated success in managing remote international teams, proficiency with tools like Pardot and Salesforce, and a data-driven mindset are critical.
