About the role: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to support our globally focused commercial legal processes. If you’re passionate about working with international clients and vendors and want to thrive in a collaborative environment with a team of supportive and energetic legal professionals, this opportunity is for you!

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in managing and reviewing legal agreements, ensuring compliance with global standards, and supporting our business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams while contributing to impactful internal projects. You will report to the Head of Legal.
In this role you will:
  • Provide legal support for ongoing internal projects.

  • Review amendments proposed by international clients to our engagement agreement templates and data protection agreements.

  • Review vendor agreements.

  • Assist in drafting and refining internal policies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to address legal needs.

  • Conduct research on various legal issues to support business decisions.

About you:
  • Higher legal education.

  • 2+ years as a Legal Counsel in IT or a legal consultancy company.

  • Proficient written and verbal English (B2+ or higher).

  • Strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, willingness to continually learn and develop and passion for what you do.

  • Understanding of English law principles.

  • Expertise in data protection laws, including GDPR.
