Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD + incentives

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Manage and follow up on leads in the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate lead funnel metrics and ensure timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and drive business growth.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned to support business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in marketing, particularly pay-per-click campaigns or content creation.
