Job description

Position Title: Inbound Technical Support
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 04:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Salary: Php 30,000 – 40,000.00
Sign-on Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN INBOUND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Your Responsibilities as an Inbound Technical Support would be:
• Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
• Source new opportunities through inbound leads and follow-up appropriately.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and connect them to the Sales team.
• Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
• Updating the company website with tech tips and brief documents
• Evaluating system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
• Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
• Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components
• Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action
• Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
• Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
• Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
• Source new opportunities through inbound leads and follow-up appropriately.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and connect them to the Sales team.
• Constantly seek ways to improve on performance.

Qualifications as an Inbound Technical Support:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of proven experience and track record in inbound technical support or similar industry is strongly preferred.
• With required appointment setting background experience
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Strong listening skills and phone demeanor.
• Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert, but knowledgeable.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Has initiative and “Can Do” positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Previous cold call experience is a plus.
