Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will:

• Own recruiting activities, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation for Brazil & Mexico

• Actively source qualified passive candidates using internet databases, social media, employee referrals and more 

• Partner with hiring teams and leaders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing expectations 

• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process with objectives and key results 

• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers 

• Actively create and implement recruitment strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, related field, or equivalent experience 

• 5+ years of previous recruitment experience in a technical environment

• Proficiency in English in a business environment
