To achieve this strong ambition, Edenred is looking for a Data Analyst, part of the Core API Platform Team who can ensure the correct integration and customization of the dashboarding system having in focus proactive alerting based on the observability metrics, documentation, streamlining reporting and exploring any other system configuration optimization.
Job description and key responsibilities
The Data Analyst – Dashboarding & Reporting is responsible for these main activities:
- Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline report generation.
- Create and maintain both periodic and ad-hoc reports, ensuring information is clear and accessible.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable, data-driven insights in a transparent manner.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes to ensure they are efficient and accurate, while maintaining simplicity.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Constantly contribute to the Knowledge database by using any day-to-day activity as a potential source of knowledge.
- Demonstrate initiative and propose improvement ideas, whether technical or process related; drive them to completion.
Required skills & profile
- 3 years of experience in Support Roles or Automation Reporting preferred.
- Hands-on experience with the JIRA ticketing tool or similar.
- Knowledge / experience with Monitoring Tools such as Azure AppInsights, DataDog, SPLUNK, or similar.
- Knowledge / experience with Automation Tools such as PowerAutomate, PowerApps, LogicApps or similar.
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts such as operating systems, storage, networks, databases, cloud.
- Knowledge of tools used in Support activities.
- Knowledge / Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Organized, methodological and good collaboration skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done.
- Optional/nice to have skills:
- Previous experience in working with Kusto Query Language
- Microsoft Azure or other IaaS/PaaS Infrastructures
- Postman
- Microsoft AZ-900 certified.
