What is this opportunity?

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Development to lead and expand our Sales Development team, reporting directly to the VP of Growth. You will be responsible for building upon the current team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing team that drives pipeline opportunities and aligns with Eleos Health’s overall growth objectives.

This role combines strategic execution and hands-on leadership. The SDR Manager will work closely with Sales Account Executives, the Sales and Account Management AVPs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in our revenue-generating efforts. This is a high-impact role for a motivated professional who’s passionate about mental health technology, team development, and results.

How will you contribute?

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a growing team of SDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, tools, and support to succeed.
  • Build a collaborative, high-energy culture that fosters creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching through shadowing, role-playing, and regular feedback sessions.

Pipeline & Strategy Execution:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel playbooks and outreach strategies to maximize engagement with key accounts and drive predictable pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align SDR activities with broader revenue goals.
  • Streamline qualification processes, focusing on delivering high-quality opportunities to Account Executives and ensuring seamless handoffs.

Performance & Optimization:

  •  Monitor, track, and analyze SDR metrics in CRM and sales engagement tools, using data to refine workflows and exceed performance targets.
  •  Continuously evaluate and improve SDR processes, incorporating technology and best practices to optimize outcomes.

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Partner closely with Sales Account Executives, Sales and Account Management AVPs, and Marketing to align on account priorities, messaging, and opportunities.
  • Act as a key liaison between SDRs and other go-to-market teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment across the buyer journey.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR team management within the technology/SaaS sector, with a strong record of exceeding sales team targets.
  • Proven experience in building and leading sales development teams, with a focus on recruiting, training, and performance management. We want to see the numbers!
  • Success in early-stage, high-growth environments characterized by rapid change.
  • Experience in the healthcare vertical is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, sales engagement platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Effective performance management, coaching, and training skills.
  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback and drive accountability.
  • Strong team orientation and collaboration skills.
  • Sound judgment in managing focus, juggling multiple priorities, and knowing when to escalate.
