The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications for APAC, this Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting all regional APAC marketing activities, including events, sales support, content development, client communications and new client prospecting. Its purpose is to help develop the speed, sophistication and reach of our regional marketing campaigns, and to develop the frameworks and reporting structures to support their success.

They will be leading the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and client/prospect engagement activities that drive revenue opportunity throughout our target markets in APAC working closely with the sales team and the Head of the business as required. Will also support regional communications initiatives, including, where needed, media and influencer outreach and social media engagement.

 

How You’ll Take Us There

  • Marketing Materials: support the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials including presentations, webpages, product sheets, and fact sheets.
  • Campaign development and management: help to create and manage new lead generation and existing client retention campaigns, including for product launches, new regional engagement etc. Includes management of the systems and processes behind the campaign channel engagement.
  • Events: planning and coordination of conferences and events (live & virtual). Liaise with marketers and partners for conference set-up and brand placement, manage the materials and giveaway approach, and help with on-site logistics. Help manage corporate promotional items program.
  • Analytics: Support the APAC marketing team with analysis and reporting linked to specific marketing and comms campaigns including leadership decks, quarterly reporting and end-of-year reporting. The candidate will be responsible to accurately track results and impact of all marketing campaigns for the region using existing frameworks.
  • Digital & social media campaigns:  help to create social media copy and campaigns and monitor social engagement initiatives. Social media channels include LinkedIn and WeChat.

 

What We’re Looking for 

  • 3+ years experience in a campaign or product marketing role within financial services or financial technology.
  • BS, BA or similar required (ideally with a marketing / communication component).
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Marketing and Communications within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Interest in a career in Financial Services/Fintech.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-starter, driven and autonomous in working style.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across business lines, collaborate, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Enthusiastic and open.
  • Confident in building relationships with senior folks in the business.
  • Creative problem solving and process management skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills, grasp of grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Digital and web content management experience preferred. Design experience welcome.
  • Prior knowledge of Google Analytics, Smartsheets, Salesforce and WeChat preferred.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with reporting, Power Point and Excel.
