#About the gig
We are seeking a Freelance Admissions Associate to oversee the interview process for a 68-hour technology bootcamp aimed at individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on managing the second stage of candidate selection, where you will evaluate participants through logic tests and 15-minute interviews. Your contribution will help us form a diverse and capable cohort of learners ready to succeed in the bootcamp.

#Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 15-minute remote interviews with pre-selected candidates.
  • Review candidates' logic test results, focusing on their problem-solving and
    critical thinking abilities.
  • Evaluate candidates' potential for success in the bootcamp, including their
    adaptability and motivation.
  • Provide clear feedback on each candidate's performance and interview.
  • Work closely with the team to finalize participant selection and ensure diversity in
    the cohort.
  • Ensure smooth communication with both the candidates and the team
    throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and respectful environment during interviews,
    especially for candidates with disabilities.
  • Review students' documentation to be granted for the Bootcamp.
  • Reach our targets


#Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, or a similar role, preferably in tech education or bootcamps. An experience in sales can be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical and soft skills within a short interview
    timeframe.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with aptitude assessments.
  • Flexibility in scheduling interviews to accommodate candidates.
