Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Player Engagement Coordinator. 

In this role, you will develop and implement player engagement strategies to enhance conversion, retention and lifetime value. You will excel in real-time, triggered, and automated communications, leveraging data analytics for personalized messaging, and driving gamification and loyalty initiatives


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the execution area of our Engagement team and become hyper-familiar with our CRM tools, the brand strategy, vision and direction
  • Become an integral part of the larger E&E team and align with the other Engagement Producers and Coordinators for shared or specific engagement efforts
  • Assist our Player Engagement Producers with implementing their strategies and align with the other Engagement Coordinators in the team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive player engagement strategies to enhance conversion, player retention and lifetime value
  • Set up, implement and manage gamification initiatives like missions, challenges, and leaderboards to boost player engagement
  • Implement loyalty and rewards programs that incentivise community engagement, frequent play and higher deposit / wagering
  • Align with our analysis team to identify key player segments and tailor engagement strategies accordingly
  • Set up and optimize real-time, triggered, and automated communication workflows to engage players at all stages of their journey, focussing on delivering a 1 to 1 experience
  • Leverage data analytics tools to personalize messages and offers, ensuring relevance and timeliness for each player
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Help create and set up campaigns and strategies which unite the world of crypto with that of online casinos
  • Drive market and competitor analyses to continuously adapt, innovate and iterate on your own products and gamification trends
  • Work closely with content writers and creative designers to ensure seamless implementation of engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with casino and sportsbook managers to drive cross-sell opportunities and enhance the overall player experience
  • Adopt a creativity first approach without the fear of failure. Learn from failure and continuously adapt and improve

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful player engagement strategies within the online casino or gaming industry, focusing on retention and increasing player lifetime value.
  • Proficiency in Real-Time and Automated Communications: Significant experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing real-time, triggered, and automated communication workflows that enhance player interactions and drive engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Hands-on experience with data analytics to track and interpret KPIs, enabling data-driven adjustments and optimisations to engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with acquisition, brand, BI, monetisation, product, and tech teams to ensure the successful implementation of engagement initiatives and seamless integration with the casino's website and systems.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms: Proficiency in using marketing automation tools to design, implement, and optimize real-time, triggered, and automated communication workflows.
  • CRM Systems Proficiency: Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, understanding how to segment players, track player interactions, and optimize communication based on player behavior and preferences.
  • Gamification Tools and Techniques: Expertise in utilizing gamification platforms and techniques to design engaging player missions, challenges, and loyalty programs. Familiarity with integrating these systems into the overall player engagement strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize player engagement.
  • Creativity to develop engaging and innovative gamification and loyalty programs, along with the ability to think outside the box to enhance player experiences. MBG Digital does not want to do what everyone else does.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changes and overcoming challenges with a proactive and resilient attitude.
