Job description

Company Overview
Regrello is a dynamic 40(+)-person startup poised to revolutionize automation within manufacturing and supply chain. With the industry still reliant on outdated communication methods for managing $13T in annual shipments, we are tapping into a $220-billion market opportunity. Our team includes industry veterans from Oracle, Palantir, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Amplitude and McKinsey, all skilled in building billion-dollar businesses. We serve major electronics and automotive manufacturers globally and are backed by premier investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Mubadala, Bloomberg and Ram Shriram, the first investor in Google.

The Venture
In late 2020, Regrello embarked on a mission to transform the global manufacturing industry, which is hindered by inefficient and outdated processes. Our AI-driven platform is designed to eliminate significant inefficiencies in manufacturing operations, offering solutions where others see challenges. Our approach makes it easier to customize manufacturing and supply chain processes, which are typically bogged down by emails and spreadsheets. With a 2-3 year financial runway, we combine the agility of a startup with the stability for long-term growth.

Culture and Compensation
Regrello nurtures a customer-centric, product-driven environment, supporting a flexible, hybrid/remote work setup from our bases in the US and Mexico. We aim to attract the best talent in the industry by offering competitive compensation packages, including equity options and comprehensive health benefits.

The Problem We Solve
Regrello is reshaping how companies collaborate through a no-code platform that lets businesses easily build and manage their processes. Our platform supports both internal and external collaboration, enhanced by a robust workflow engine. Our advanced AI engine not only makes workflow analysis more efficient but also facilitates human natural language interactions, allowing users to develop solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

You
You are customer-obsessed and value being a trusted expert on both the solution and adoption best practices to help the largest manufacturers in the world adopt transformational AI technology. You have a deep curiosity to learn the customers’ unique culture and processes in order to tailor expert advice.

We are looking for someone who has:
  • 10+ years minimum managing either global manufacturing operations, NPI, full product lifecycle, or sourcing / procurement
  • Demonstrated experience driving process standardization and cross functional project management in manufacturing and/or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with execution of lean manufacturing principles and continuous process improvement, preferably in warehousing or manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing capacity at a large consulting firm is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills that can be translated into sales and customer engagements
  • Passion for software and an interest in problem solving with startup-level resources
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior management/executives at clients
  • Experience working with a complex business application (ERP and/or MRP preferred) is desirable
  • A customer-centric approach to problem solving
  • A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies
  • Confidence in challenging conventions and an independent self-manager

  • What you will do:
  • Own the success of our largest customers and business units in the vertical
  • Participate in sales pursuits to drive expansion of Regrello into new markets, customers, and teams
  • Be the bridge between pre-sales and post-sales for customers during implementation
  • Drive their transformation efforts by providing best practices and expertise on applying Regrello’s solution to their manufacturing processes
  • Be the voice of the customer and help guide the product roadmap
  • Partner with Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and growth

  • What you will get:
  • Opportunity to learn, grow, and most importantly build the company
  • Ability to influence leaders across industries to help drive the adoption of AI-first technology
  • Chance to work with a world-class team of manufacturing, supply chain, AI, and SaaS experts
  • Industry-leading compensation with equity in the company
  • Excellent healthcare benefits including 100% coverage for individuals & families - health, dental, life insurance, and vision
