Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the creation and management of innovative advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, focusing on driving engagement, conversions, and ROI for our diverse client base
  • Develop and implement sophisticated audience targeting strategies, leveraging Meta’s advanced targeting options to reach the right users at the right time
  • Design and conduct comprehensive A/B testing on ad creatives, continuously refining our approach to maximize campaign performance
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay at the forefront of Meta’s platform changes and new features, ensuring our strategies leverage the latest tools and best practices in social media advertising
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align Meta advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and client objectives
  • Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each receives personalized attention and achieves optimal results
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations to clients and team members
  • Research and implement emerging trends in social media advertising, driving innovation in our digital marketing approaches
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop visually stunning and engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Meta (Facebook) advertising, demonstrating a track record of successful campaign management and optimization
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices across various industries
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools, with the ability to navigate complex campaign structures and settings
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making, capable of interpreting complex metrics and translating them into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain campaign performance and strategies to clients and team members
  • Creative thinking skills with an eye for design and compelling ad copy that drives user engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting, showcasing excellent time management and self-motivation
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts and balancing diverse project demands simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome advertising challenges in a competitive digital landscape
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (such as Google Ads, SEO) and how they integrate with social media advertising is a plus

  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms beyond Meta’s native tools would be advantageous
