The following challenges await you:
• Daily Teams (on camera) availability for all employee questions and needs. First point of employee contact and response for the Human Resources department. Return all employee inquires same day.
• Assist the Head of HR with driving progress and automation in the HR department utilizing AI technology and other data science methods to gain efficiencies, digitize talent attraction strategies and provide an overall better employee experience.
• Assist Managers with direct hire recruiting including job postings, scheduling interviews, phone screening, candidate assessments.
• Responsible for driving high performance talent into the organization that aligns with company values and defined soft skills. Think “out of the box” to attract talent. Assist with local job fairs.
• Complete year end, month end and weekly reports as needed globally, regionally and locally for Heraeus and ETS.
• Responsible for the HR new hire onboarding process.
• Ensure proper I-9 completion/maintenance and timely eVerify enrollments for all employees
Your Profile:
• Completion or working towards completion of 4 year Bachelors degree.
• 2-4 years previous HR experience.
• Strong understanding or Certification in data science is preferred.
• Willingness to dive deep into networking in the healthcare vertical, specifically in wound care.
• Keen sense to optimize and automate wherever possible
• Positive and frequent communications especially during adverse situations
• High energy and robust work ethic
• Well-developed business skills that inspire and motivate others
• Strong customer focus and takes ownership of internal challenges
