Our US Partner is a revolutionizing e-commerce by using AI to optimize pricing strategies, helping Amazon brands grow their margins and profits. With billions of behavioral data points analyzed, they dynamically determine the ideal price for every product in real-time, delivering measurable ROI to our customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and relishes the opportunity to challenge prospects to rethink their approach to pricing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at uncovering mistakes, presenting innovative solutions, and showcasing how they can transform their business.

This role combines strategic insight, pricing analysis, and consultative selling to help brands unlock growth opportunities, increase profitability, and maximize their Amazon performance.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drive Results:

  • Lead the charge in identifying opportunities for revenue growth and profit improvement by analyzing prospects' pricing strategies.

  • Develop tailored sales strategies that showcase the company's ability to eliminate inefficiencies, uncover hidden revenue, and drive ROI.

  • Use pricing analysis and competitive insights to demonstrate how the company can help prospects achieve their business objectives.

2. Deliver Impactful Insights:

  • Conduct detailed assessments of prospects' pricing models, highlighting inefficiencies and missed opportunities.

  • Present actionable strategies to increase margins, boost growth, and enhance profitability across their Amazon business.

  • Leverage the company's dynamic pricing platform to create clear ROI-driven recommendations.

3. Lead and Motivate:

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

  • Provide ongoing training and development to sharpen sales skills and pricing expertise.

4. Build Relationships:

  • Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with clients, positioning the company s a partner in their long-term success.

  • Engage in consultative selling, challenging clients to rethink their strategies and implement impactful changes.

5. Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, strategy, and execution.

  • Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and go-to-market initiatives.

6. Own the Sales Pipeline:

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Success: 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to uncover inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and drive measurable results.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Comfort with pricing models, competitive analysis, and ROI calculations to inform decision-making.

  • Exceptional Communication: A knack for presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Leadership Excellence: Experience building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to leverage data to drive strategy.

  • Customer-Centric Focus: A passion for helping clients succeed by challenging them to think differently.
