Mobileye is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) in South Korea for New Product Introduction (NPI) and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) projects. This critical role spans the entire product lifecycle—from concept development to manufacturing execution—ensuring seamless collaboration, innovation, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
What will your job look like?
Lead OSATs in South Korea, ensuring the successful execution of NPI and HVM development projects.
Oversee KPI risk assessments, equipment selection, Bill of Materials (BOM), and support technology innovation initiatives.
Maintain regular communication with OSATs and internal stakeholders, providing progress updates on NPI/HVM initiatives.
Ensure flawless execution, including First Pass Qualification (FPQ) and production success.
Drive timely project delivery and quality by monitoring progress, organizing meetings, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Collaborate with and influence senior OSAT managers to secure necessary resources for smooth execution.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including internal teams, to align efforts and meet project goals.
All you need is:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical/Electronic Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor technology, with a strong preference for expertise in the automotive industry.
Proven track record in managing semiconductor product development projects.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
Familiarity with Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and 8D problem-solving methodology is a plus.
