Position Summary:
This is a hands-on role responsible for proactively supporting and developing Regal Rexnord product sales into the Cranes, Ports & Metals market via end-users, OEM and Distribution. Product focus is highly skewed towards couplings, large U-Joints, gearing and braking. This role will report to the America’s Sales Manager for Cranes, Ports & Metals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited and energized by working with end-users and select OEM’s to drive sales success via being a sustainable solution provider.
Major Responsibilities:

Support direct customers with any technical product issues, including upselling to grow market share.
Support the business’s Policy Deployment and 80/20 initiatives.
Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics for targeted customers, ensuring Regal Rexnord as the customer’s preferred supplier.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the focused markets.
Develop and sustain Sales Plan by account to meet/exceed the business targets for customer base.
Work closely with AAM’s and authorized manufacturers representatives as needed to support market success.
Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnord’s vision, mission, values, initiatives, and company policies.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Mechanical Engineering or Business degree required; or university program certificate; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably within the Metals / Mechanical Power Transmission Industry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & results orientated with a mindset of continuous improvement.
Recognized by peers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highly motivated.
Customer focused with a passion for customer success.
Strong presentation communication skills.
Ability and desire to frequently travel across North America as needed, ~50-75%
Pay Transparency - $100,000 to $130,000 base salary + 30% bonus
