About the role

The Bold Technology Partner Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with technology companies, identifying potential partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and collaborating to develop joint go-to-market strategies, ultimately aiming to drive revenue growth by leveraging each other's technology and customer bases; they act as the primary point of contact for partner interactions, coordinating across internal teams like sales, marketing, and product to ensure successful partnership execution.


What you’ll do

  • Researching and identifying potential technology partners that align with Bold’s goals and product strategy, immediately Boosters.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders with partners, including executive leadership, product teams, and sales teams. 
  • Collaborating with partners to develop joint business plans, including sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Overseeing the technical integration of partner products or services with the company's own offerings. 
  • Training sales teams on partner solutions and facilitating co-selling efforts. 
  • Working with marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and content promoting the partnership. 
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with terms. 
  • Understanding the technical aspects of partner products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition. 


What we’re looking for

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology partnership management.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Business acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant technology landscapes.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop partnership plans.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. 
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and revenue generation with ecommerce technology partners. 
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and revenue generation with e-commerce technology and Fintech partners.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
