ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Process & Optimization Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization and be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This position is instrumental in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our teams and organization and achieving key organizational objectives. You will play a key role in streamlining our operations and ensuring we deliver a seamless and exceptional experience to our learners.

- Travel is required for an all-company meeting, and may be required once or twice per year for team or project meetings

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze existing business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Work with team leads to document and standardize processes: Create clear, concise, and updated documentation for improved processes, ensuring consistent execution and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Design, optimize, and automate new and existing processes in partnership with team leaders to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve outcomes that align with the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine workflows.
- Support the implementation of artificial intelligence in existing or new tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports to present metrics, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
- Work with teams across the company to ensure alignment on process changes.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to facilitate process adoption and change management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in business process optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in roles involving process optimization or improvement or a combination of relevant education and experience demonstrating similar capabilities.
- A track record of successfully leading initiatives that resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency or cost savings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive solutions. Skill in mapping and analyzing complex business processes is essential.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Experience in the education industry or with online learning platforms is also a plus.
