We’re seeking a talented Technical Creative Producer to support our digital projects and help drive brand engineering initiatives.

As a Technical Creative Producer on the Brand Studio team, you will be instrumental in managing the production of digital & development projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet our quality standards. Your blend of creative production and product management experience, coupled with a strong interest in technical requirements, will enable you to contribute effectively to our projects.

Projects you may be working on in this position include: 
  • Work with cross-functional partners to create and optimize landing pages
  • Contribute to updating our home page
  • Add features such as A/B testing to self-service tools 
Where you can make an impact: 
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. Experienced in project management software.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, engineers, and product and marketing teams to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Creative Production: Assist in developing projects from brief to launch, coordinating creative assets, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Technical Planning: Engage with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and feasibility, helping to bridge the gap between creative and technical aspects of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are thoroughly tested and reviewed before launch, maintaining high standards for user experience and functionality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize project workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Your experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital creative production, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing the production of digital content and assets across various platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike).
  • Strong interest in technology and engineering principles, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A consistent track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional and client relationships - working with engineers, designers, product, marketing partners, etc. to drive outcomes.

  • This is a remote position and a person can be located anywhere in Canada (with the exception of Quebec).
