Job description

Job Title: Data and Compliance Administrator  

Location: Remote 

Reports to: Data & Compliance Manager 

Contract Type: Permanent

As part of our ongoing growth, we now require a new Data and Compliance Administrator to support the Central Apprenticeship Team and wider FI Network. This will be a fully remote position with attendance required for twice yearly meetings at our London office. All IT equipment will be provided. 

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Completing internal audit checks on apprentice evidence packs, to ensure eligibility for funding 
  • Processing ILR data to make monthly funding claims for all apprentices 
  • Management of E-Portfolio and Apprenticeship MIS system, ensuring data integrity at all times 
  • Taking responsibility for individual Centre(s) audit feedback, SLAs and compliance queries – ensuring that all advice adheres to the Apprenticeship Funding Rules 
  • Maintaining strong working relationships within the Central Apprenticeship Team and the Wider FI Network 
  • Attendance and participation in network meetings 
  • Monitoring and management of internal Helpdesk 
  • Other ad hoc projects to ensure data integrity 

Essential: 

  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively to prioritise workload 
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Previous administration experience 
  • Ability to work from home 

Desirable: 

  • Previous experience of apprenticeships 
  • Prior experience of apprenticeship software (e.g. – PICS) 
  • Previous experience of home working
