  • Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients
  • Assist with technical inquiries and troubleshooting through various communication channels

  • Participate in ongoing training initiatives to enhance product knowledge

Requirements

Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken

Proficient in English (B2)

Good understanding of IT systems and applications

Experience in customer service or IT support is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
