- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with end of month closing
Summary: This position reports to the Finance and Accounting Manager and will handle much of the day-to-day entry. As expertise is demonstrated, there will be opportunities to handle higher level tasks including assisting with end of month closing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks including clerical tasks such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, cash posting and basic bookkeeping.
Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements
Prepares monthly financial statements, including income statements and updating balance sheets
May provide payroll support
May assist with general admin support
Handles accounting related projects
Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.

Shift / Hours:
Monday Friday in one single shift, 2:00 AM CST 11:00 AM CST within Daylight Savings Time and 1:00 AM CST 10:00 PM CST outside of Daylight Savings Time. Note this is +13 or +14 Philippine time, which will be 3:00 PM PHT 12:00 AM in PHT.
