About the job
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us shape the direction of new features of our products. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating visual solutions to solve UX problems. You’ll be in charge of the design of specific modules of our app while understanding goals and align your design work with them.
About you
You have detail oriented UI design skills
You apply a user centric design approach
+2 years of experience in digital product design
You want our customers to have the best experience possible with our product
You have working knowledge on prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
You might have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or front-end technologies (don’t worry, you won’t write code).
You take feedback without defensiveness and incorporate other perspectives if they make sense
UX skills (research, mapping, wireframing, and testing)
Bilingual (Spanish and English) - Prior knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
Bachelor’s degree in Design (Interaction, UX, UI, graphic, digital, etc.) or related fields. What you´ll do
Create, contribute, and manage design systems
Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other teams
Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for experiments and production
Create elegant solutions to complex design problems
App design, redesign, and/or adjustments
Design hand-off for developers.
Supplying all necessary assets for engineers to build your designs
Collaborate with your team to user test your results.
Nice - to - have Qualities:
Experience in motion design (Lottie files, After effects, etc.)
Experience in Fintech (app/web design)
