ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving digital initiatives and supporting marketing programs. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations for our website and social media as well as engage in our paid and organic digital strategy. If you enjoy creating engaging content, digging into the data to analyze the trends and results, A/B testing, and exploring new strategies to improve engagement across digital platforms, this role is a great fit for you. You will also have the opportunity to expand your skillset through collaboration with demand generation leaders.  This position reports to the VP of Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

The right candidate will: 

• Manage digital programs with direction from leadership, including website updates, social media, and paid digital
• Adapt messaging and program content to create copy for digital initiatives 
• Understand SEO and PPC best practices
• Track, measure, and optimize programs for high engagement and performance improvements
• Assist with demand generation programs as needed
• Work with cross-functional teams like marketing operations, creative services, and demand generation to align efforts with overall programs

EDUCATION: 

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in tech marketing
• Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and/or Marketo preferred 
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on programs with an attention to detail
• Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
