Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes, source top talent, and enhance candidate experiences.

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
  • Maintain ATS records and build a talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment; familiarity with ATS.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and sourcing skills.
