Job Description:

 The sales representative is working as the Bonding Project Specialist(BPS)  for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division ; Technical spec-in process & activities to accelerate closure on larger/complex bonding applications and opportunities with industrial tapes & adhesives in industrial business.

This position is responsible for engaging industrial design influencers, engineers and specification writers to accelerate closure with Industrial adhesive and tape bonding solutions in the B2B Korea industrial market through collaboration with multi-function positions based on project, not based on territory. This role will convert opportunities to wins by utilizing technical sales resource for spec-in process through product evaluation, technical solutions development, equipment & process solutions development, winning applications, etc. This role will accelerate a commercialization of new products by engaging in customer field tests, identifying needs for product modifications and replicate a winning application to other accounts.

3M 산업용 테이프 및 접착제 부서 소속의 담당자는 다양한 직무의 담당자들과 협업을 통하여 한국 산업용 시장에 테이프 및 접착제 본딩 솔루션을 산업용 디자인과 조립 솔루션의 사양 적용 업무를 담당합니다. 제품 평가, 적용 사례, 장비, 프로세스 및 기술 솔루션 개발 등의 영업 자원을 활용하여 신규 기회에 대한 사양 적용으로 전환될 수 있도록 합니다. 또한 신제품에 대하여 고객 필드테스트, 제품 개선 니즈를 확인하여 상용화를 가속화할 수 있도록 하고, 성공 사례를 다른 고객사로 확대 적용할 수 있는 역할을 수행합니다.

Role & Responsibilities

• Works as team with sales representatives to close business

• Support and coordinate with sales representatives at End-User opportunities

• Support sales representatives for key account development/maintenance and product training

• Technical support for customer trials & product evaluation

• Driving application replication through global winning application

• Driving application replication within multi-location accounts and across similar accounts within market

• Multi-function coordination with sales representatives, application engineer, marketers, etc.

• Marketing campaign engagement

• Automation solution development

• Partner development & collaboration

• NPI commercialization acceleration

• Measured on Opportunity closure, sales value, cycle time, pipeline health via CRM(SFDC)

• 주요 고객사 개발 및 유지, 제품 교육에 대한 영업 사원 지원

• CRM(SFDC)을 통한 기회 마감, 판매 가치, 사이클 타임, 파이프라인 상태 측정

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 3~5+ years of experience in a role related to adhesive and tape portfolio or automation/equipment design & operation.   

• Preferred experiences related to industrial market of Sales or engineering

• Passionate and challenging people of sales activity for end users

• Project management skills

• Good communication skills (Korean and English)
