  • Coordinate the relevant tasks to communicate with government (including the government project application)
  • Leads the standardized and comprehensive risk management process at site level:​
  • to identify & assess potential threats, vulnerabilities and their impacts operations and organization. ​
  • to provide relevant site risk picture under a standard process regardless of the risk nature (industrial, quality, HSE, material, etc…) to foster robust decision making, prioritization and resource allocation and manage the site risk portfolio​
  • to ensure development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies to reduce the probability and severity of risks & follow-up remediation plans through de-risking curves.​
  • to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation measures​
  • to lead the site risk governances and foster and implement interactions with product line management to align site risk remediation priorities, product strategy and product shortage prevention plans ​
  • to foster & implement interactions & governances between risk community and product line management​
  • Ensures risk data quality and accuracy in QualiPSO to always benefit from relevant risk pictures accessible to senior leadership levels: site leadership, IRM & QRM leaders, product strategy teams​
  • Establish strong links with project portfolio teams and product strategy teams for relevant decision making according to site and product strategy priorities, contributing to site Strat Plan and budget​
  • Provides leadership expertise to support the site risk community in running the risk process, fostering sharing and application of best practices​
  • Acts as the site point of contacts for different risk & resilience related topics or global initiatives & liaise as necessary with the relevant site functions: EBI champion, information protection, BCP,…​
  • Actively represent the site risk function in the global risk governances ​
  • Manage project team to implement site level projects:
    • Develops with partners the objectives/scopes and strategy of the project​
    • Accountable for Project planning including Timelines, costs, scope and risks​
    • Leads and monitors with an End-to-End Mindset the execution of one or multiple projects​
    • Manages project controls: review of project deliverables / expenditures, reporting, follow ups, management of project changes and risks  ​
    • Conducts project communications and management of site and global stakeholders ​
    • Is responsible for the overall achievement of the objectives of his project: design fundamentals / costs / deadlines / quality / HSE / industrial performance​
    • Updates the project progress summary in the tools (including Shine) by ensuring compliance with good management practices for the projects undertaken and in particular compliance with the financial rules auditable by the Group (imputations to cost centers / project numbers, commissioning/scrapping, allocation of expenses to the categories indicated OPEX/CAPEX & INT/EXT, etc.)​
    • Acts as an interface – within the scope of the project – with site functions (operational and support functions) / external operational contacts / related projects​
  • Site Master Plan/ Site roadmap, LTIP coordination
  • Capacity: Lead the LTIP process at site and provides at least twice a year (Strat Plan and budget) a capacity occupancy view by technology / line, proposes capacity and line allocation scenarios for business cases (dual source; BD internalization; 3rd part activity; investment case) in alignment with Supply Chain and Global Strategy teams
  • Integrated Site Roadmap: consolidates the global initiatives / program requests coming to the site with the local initiatives into one integrated roadmap as key input to prioritization with the SLT and where required M&S GBU and global functions

  • Scientific bachelor degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree
  • Exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical engineering, Process Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality and Regulatory requirements, with minimum 5 years of total industry experience
  • A good knowledge of the constraints and regulations in force in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of project management and project portfolio management in a manufacturing site environment, with a proven 3+ years experience in managing complex projects with significant budgets and/or significant team size
  • Strong leadership skills and experience (minimum 5 years) with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience and agility on digital tool supporting project execution and monitoring
  • Financial acumen and understanding of industrial strategy to build the project strategy and business case
  • Experience in Risk Management; Certification in Risk Management or Project Management is desirable​
  • Experience in Governmental affairs​
  • Experience on management of complex projects in challenging environment​
