About the Role
As a Partner Manager at Kustomer, you will support our efforts in scaling and enriching our business network through strategic partnerships. In this senior role, you will not only identify and cultivate relationships with key BPO, reseller, and technology partners but also drive revenue growth through referrals, heighten close/won rates, and broaden our network footprint. Your Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and onboard new strategic partners focused on mainly BPOs, consultants, and select technology partners.
Be a trusted advisor to these partners supporting them throughout their relationship with Kustomer.
Own relationships at all levels of the partner organization with the goal of driving qualified business to Kustomer, and to the partner.
Understand, build and manage both a strategic and tactical plan with partners that aids in meeting business goals/objectives for the partnership.
Help to develop a strategic process for how members of the Kustomer sales organization and CS organization collaborate with this strategic set of go-to-market partners.
Be revenue oriented, understanding how to reach financial goals and objectives, while also being strategically minded and creative in how to reach those revenue goals and build a strong partnership.
Your Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Partnerships and/or Sales
Experience identifying, onboarding and building strategic technology partnerships focused on strong GTM opportunity
Strong business acumen and ability to think analytically
Demonstrated ability to be versatile and highly-organized with acute attention to details
Ability to successfully manage multiple work-streams and prioritize competing priorities
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Intelligent, persistent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong skills with Google Docs and Salesforce CRM is a plus
Openness to coaching and training
Willingness to travel
