Position Overview

Offering a suite of transparency services, Xogene is a leader in innovative technologies and expert services to meet global clinical trial transparency. Combining deep transparency expertise with a modern technology stack, Xogene provides software solutions to automate tedious processes and track myriad studies, regulations and statuses. Our unique technology solutions offer different ways to streamline and enhance various aspects of the clinical trial disclosure requirements including the use of AI Agentic networking.


As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a strong focus on client success to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by managing and developing relationships with key clients in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.  The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS markets and life/sciences, with a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.  You will leverage your expertise to identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and help clients maximize the value they derive from Xogene’s products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong professional networks and appropriately leverage contacts to establish and/or maintain business.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with Xogene’s products/services.  Handle client needs in a timely and professional manner.

  • Address client queries and concerns, serving as their advocate within Xogene to deliver and support solutions aligned with their expectations.

  • Proactively engage clients to understand their goals and pain points, and position Xogene as a trusted partner.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

  • Regularly review client performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product support, project management) to develop tracking systems, presentations, and reports that help ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

  • Conduct market research to understand broader pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Effectively communicate account status, activities, progress, priorities, to VP’s and Co-Founders.

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligning them with company objectives.

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and bi-annual forecasts).

  • Attend industry conferences and expand brand awareness to help create sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
