Currently, we have a Settlement Processor/Coordinator opportunity with a national title and Escrow company. Our client is one of the largest independent full–service national title insurance and settlement agencies in the United States. The Settlement Processor/Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Open files, clear titles, prepare CDs, coordinate closing, and record documents.
- Assist team members with processing responsibilities to ensure the highest attainable level of customer service.
- Serve as the point of contact for all parties to the transaction including, underwriters, clients and their respective counsel, lenders, brokers, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate the disbursement of funds, maintain escrow accounts, and process daily payments and deposits.
- This is a Direct hire position with excellent benefits.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Must have 3+ years of purchase and refinance experience.
- Experience in SoftPro Select (Preferred).
- Able to maintain work priorities in an environment with multiple concurrent tasks and projects and flexibility related to assigned tasks.
- Able to work with minimum supervision in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- High energy, and positive attitude.
Salary Range: $50000 - $58000 per year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
