About the Role

As an Emerging Markets Sales Professional, you will focus on cultivating relationships with small businesses in emerging markets (revenue <$250M). This role is designed for those eager to establish a foundation in sales while learning to identify opportunities and provide tailored training solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, developing your skills in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing, all while contributing to Educate360’s growth in untapped markets.


Main Responsibilities

  • Market Exploration: Research and identify high-potential emerging markets and target Emerging Market clients within these territories.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with key decision-makers (IT Professionals, HR Managers, Learning & Development, and Business Owners) to understand their training and development needs.
  • Solution Selling: Present customized Educate360 solutions that address client challenges and align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a positive and value-driven experience for clients.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain an organized sales pipeline in CRM tools, manage follow-ups, and accurately forecast opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and internal teams to refine outreach efforts and contribute insights to sales strategies tailored to emerging markets.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and activity metrics, helping drive growth in Educate360’s emerging markets segment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport across cultures and industries.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with experience or openness to using CRM and sales tools.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
