DescripciÃ³n de la posiciÃ³n

We are looking for a creative, dynamic and detail-oriented Product Designer. Â In this role, you will lead the design for our multi-platform projects from the discovery and research to final sedign. You will work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as Product, Technology, Marketing and Sales

Principales responsabilidades

You will lead the design team, being owner of our designs end to end!
âï¸Â Iterate and refine our designs. We love to change for the better. New ideas are totally welcome!
âï¸ Lead the design team.
âï¸ Work internally with Marketing team to design Conexaâs corporate brand.
âï¸ Work closely to our Project Managers to participate the Discovery meetings with potential clients.
âï¸ Understand our diverse partners main needs to design the best proposal for them.
âï¸ Â Be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring consistency across all our channels.

Requisitos Excluyentes

2 years of experience as a Product Designer.
Great english communication skills.
Experience in Tech Industry: working in SaaS or Tech B2B industries is a plus.
Experience dealing with C-levels decision makers.
Experience in client facing roles.
Passionate about making things happen [hands-on].
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in design research (interviews with key business stakeholders, user research).
Solid experience in design tools(Figma).
Passionate about creativity and innovation
