This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, 5 days a week

Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey in the world of digital content creation and corporate training! As a Social Media Assistant / Creative Admin Support, you’ll be at the heart of producing engaging, animated training videos for some of the world’s leading companies. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and technology, allowing you to leverage cutting-edge animation tools like Vyond to bring training concepts to life. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-impact learning solutions. Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging animated training videos using Vyond (formerly GoAnimate) where you will be trained on
  • Collaborate on the development of comprehensive e-learning modules, integrating animated content with other training materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content to multinational clients
  • Utilize ClickUp for efficient project management, tracking progress and maintaining clear communication with team members
  • Provide creative input and administrative support throughout the content creation process, from initial concept to final delivery
  • Assist in preparing training content for deployment on various Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and tools in e-learning and animation
  • Contribute to the team’s creative brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas for innovative training solutions


Requirements

  • Background in digital marketing, graphic design, or general administration, with a strong creative flair
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, for content creation and documentation
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably ClickUp, to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration
  • Strong visual design skills and an eye for creating appealing, on-brand content
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning new software and adapting to evolving client needs
  • Familiarity with e-learning development tools like Articulate 360 is a plus
  • Availability to work part-time (4 hours per day, 5 days a week), ideally during UK morning hours (9 AM to 1 PM UK time)
  • Commitment to an initial 3-week training period, followed by a 6-week intensive project, with potential for long-term engagement
  • Comfort with remote collaboration using various communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Slack)
