We’re now looking for a Regional Client Director to develop new and existing business in an assigned region and liaise with operations staff to ensure effective delivery of sold work. Establishing excellent customer relationships, they’ll ensure total customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Based in the UK, this role can be undertaken on a fully remote basis.

Job Summary

The role holder will have demonstrated EMEA Market Expertise in Leadership and DEI with deep knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and client needs specific to the regions and understand the markets in which GP operates and seeks market and product intelligence to ensure successful sales.

  • Develop and own an annual business development plan for the designated geographic territory that details account growth strategy, new business strategy and how quota will be achieved.
  • Drive and leverage competitive research to understand competitive market factors and competitors.
  • Build and executes regional campaigns aligned to the annual plan to drive sales.
  • Supports the growth of GP Strategies market share in the region from current #10 position in EMEA.
  • Brings an existing portfolio of EMEA based clients for introduction to GP’s Leadership and DEI Solution.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales target of £1.6m and monitors and reports progress towards target achievement.
  • Generates and maintains a pipeline of minimum 3x sales target.
  • Participates positively in product and service development as required.
  • Participates positively to the overall business planning as required.
  • Provide accurate weekly revenue forecast and quarterly regional business plan updates.
  • Ensures quality systems are maintained and developed following the GP quality procedures.
  • Builds strong collaborative partnerships with the Marketing team to achieve regional growth objectives.
  • Partners with Inside Sales to expand existing relationships and secure new business.

Qualifications

Degree educated in a related field, you’ll have previous experience of consultative and solution selling methodology in L&D and the training industry.

  • Proven success of delivering revenue in excess of 100% of sales targets over a consecutive period track
  • Client/ relationship focused.
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded
