We are currently seeking a Celll Health Product Manager, Japan who will be responsible for building and leading market strategy in Japan.
This position is part of the Marketing Japan located in Tokyo, Japan and will be remote.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy and initiatives of Cell Health Products in Japan that result in increasing share, sales and profit growth
Create and execute launch plans for new products to ensure rapid sales growth and collaborate closely with global teams to effectively introduce and deploy global strategies domestically, obtaining necessary support for the local team and customers.
Maximize lead generation using traditional and digital marketing methods in cooperation with commercial marketing, and create promotional content that clearly communicates the product's value proposition to customers.
Optimize and implement product and application training for sales representatives to improve skill and knowledge for sales activities.
Support local teams and customers on local product quality, supply and other type of issues and inquiries in sales process with collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
Build and manage KOL network in the Biopharma segment
Partner effectively with key stakeholders in sales, commercial marketing, field application, service, QRA, Logistics, Business units and global marketing.
The essential requirements for the job include:
Master’s Degree in biology, medical science, pharmacy or related discipline is required.
3+ years of experience in product management for scientific instruments and reagent
Experienced in marketing and market development
Data analytical capability. SFDC experience is preferred.
Experienced in customer relation building with good knowledge in the industry and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
