Job Description

At AUTODOC, we are searching for a talented self-starter to join our accounting team as (Junior) Accountant in Customer Payments (m/f/d). In this role, you work on processing payments and refunds, as well as support with our automation and continuous improvement efforts. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 1 year, with an option to join permanently afterwards, based remote in Moldova or Poland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process refunds to customers using established procedures.

  • Resolving requests from our customer service center regarding issues with customer payments/refunds.

  • Communication with payment providers regarding missing payments/refunds via email.

  • Participation in various projects, in particular with the aim of increasing standardization and automation of payment processes.

  • Identifying unknown payments and manually allocating them to orders.

  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments related to customer payments/refunds.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance or banking.

  • Self-starter, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Confident in using accounting tools and able to quickly learn new software/system.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is a highly desirable.
