As an end-to-end hiring solution, we work with organizations to improve the quality, efficiency, and equity of their technical hiring process. Global leaders like Walmart, Atlassian, and Citi rely on Karat to conduct hundreds of assessments and interviews every day through a powerful combination of human expertise and innovative technology. Our mission is to make every interview predictive, fair and enjoyable so we can unlock opportunity -- for everyone. We’re a passionate, focused, human-centric team, and we want you to join us!

Come join our Product Marketing team

Our Product Marketing team is dedicated to driving growth, innovation, and customer success by showcasing the value of Karat’s products and empowering our go-to-market teams to achieve excellence.

What you will do

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll step into a highly dynamic role that requires quick thinking, adaptability, and the ability to connect the dots between customer needs, product capabilities, and market trends. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and other go-to-market functions with a focus on driving awareness, understanding, and excitement about Karat’s products.

We are looking to hire for this position out of Mexico. Working hours will predominantly be local core hours with required internal meetings that align with various timezones in India and the U.S.

  • Partner with the Company’s sales team to craft materials and messaging that win customers and drive product adoption. Develop pitch decks, case studies, and other compelling content that resonates with the Company’s core audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Company’s Product team as they develop new products and features by providing insight into the customer pain points and competitive set. Serve as a spokesperson for the Company’s products, with a strong understanding of their functionality, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the Product Marketing team. Focus areas include improving workflows, content management systems, and cross-functional collaboration strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Regularly update stakeholders with insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments.
The experience you will bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or similar role, with exposure to developing messaging, positioning, or go-to-market strategies for products or services
  • Proactive, independent worker who can build trust with stakeholders and deliver high-quality results, even when navigating ambiguity
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams with a history of delivering impactful results
  • A talent for storytelling—whether in written materials, presentations, or conversations—combined with an ability to distill complex ideas into engaging, customer-centric messaging
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills with comfort managing multiple project and an ability to connect the dots across workstreams
  • Previous experience creating marketing collateral, with a preference for experience using tools like Google Suite.
  • Expert fluency in written and spoken English
Applicants, please note: submissions not 100% in English will not be considered.
