Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct sales development best practices using email, phone, and social media to connect with new prospects

  • Utilize sales automation software (e.g., XANT) to build cadences and support sales and marketing campaigns

  • Secure key customer information to identify and qualify “sales ready” leads

  • Set appointments for the team to conduct Discovery calls

  • Professionally communicate with decision-makers and influencers at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Expertly research companies and contacts to match new contacts to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • Generate new leads to fuel the GovInvest pipeline, manage prospects, set demos, and acquire new business through outbound and inbound campaigns

  • Demonstrate software services and value propositions to potential customers

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and target metrics

  • Manage assigned territory, work individually, and travel for in-person meetings as needed

  • Attend conferences and trade shows to generate leads and network

  • Work closely with the executive team and coordinate sales efforts with other sales teams

  • Other duties as assigned
