Your Role:

• Build and scale backend systems for a fintech SaaS platform, focusing on low-latency, high-reliability, and scalability.
• Write clean, production-quality code in Golang to support mission-critical services.
• Work on APIs (REST, WebSocket, gRPC) and databases (SQL/NoSQL) to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Own cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and system performance.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team to deliver features quickly and efficiently.
• Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced environment, balancing hands-on coding with high-level design.

You Bring:

• 6+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Golang experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building APIs and working with databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable taking ownership, working autonomously, and delivering results in a remote-first setup.

Bonus points:

• Previous experience in fintech or trading systems, particularly in building low-latency platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Terraform, GitLab, or similar DevOps practices.
• Experience working in startup environments or with US-based companies.
• Knowledge of security best practices for handling sensitive data.
• Exposure to frontend development with modern frameworks like React.
