Job description

Our client is an innovative online Casino Game Provider based in beautiful Cyprus! They are developing cutting-edge gaming products featuring unique mechanics and a strong focus on quality they are truly passionate about what they do, and we’re looking for an experienced and talented Senior Account Manager to help us reach new heights.

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Manager with a robust international network and a proven track record in the iGaming B2B industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically drive and maximise revenue from your assigned customer accounts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the iGaming sector and market dynamics. Use a consultative approach to identify and address customer business drivers and requirements.
  • Act as the brand ambassador at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Account Management and other stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.
  • Sign new deals and manage the onboarding process for direct integrations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated success as an Account Manager and Sales Manager (B2B) within the iGaming sector.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming trends, products, and markets.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with Tier 1 customers and manage challenging situations with composure.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a knack for developing and executing effective strategies.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A well-established network of clients is a must.


The company offers full remote with a service agreement or, if you prefer working from the office, assistance with the relocation to Cyprus.
