Dockhand

About the role

Team Global Express is currently seeking an experienced Dockhand with a Forklift Licence to commence immediately at our Albury location.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position.

• Working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am start

• Must have previous experience in a similar role.

• Good communication skills

• Overtime will be offered on a need-by-need basis

• Must be able to load and unload your own freight using a forklift.

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes.

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps where required.

• Advantageous to local town and street knowledge.

What you’ll bring

• You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift Licence

• Having MR Licence is highly beneficial

• You will be able to follow instructions and work autonomously

• You must have excellent punctuality and the ability to complete deliveries in a timely manner

• You must have Full Rights to work in Australia

• You must have a high attention towards Safety
