The Inside Sales Associate will help meet (and exceed!) aftermarket sales targets by crafting long-term, valuable relationships with municipalities. You will prepare sales forecasts, maintain a sales funnel, and regularly present the progress of key critical metrics and initiatives to both internal and external partners. If you love cultivating customer relationships, engaging with cross-functional team members, and being a devoted point-of-contact for clients, then this is the opportunity for you!  

 

This role will require occasional travel within the US and Canada. The Inside Sales position is remote.

Qualifications: 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with 2-3 years of customer-facing sales experience and negotiation 

  • A proven track record of selling products & services through incoming calls 

  • Strong analytical skills to review technical and historical data 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications  

  • Can travel within region (2 to 3 times per year). Can travel into Canada 1 to 2 times per year. 

 

Nice-To-Have:  

  • Familiarity with filtration or microfiltration   

  • Technical diploma or degree 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM experience
